Share a flowchart in read-only mode
Anyone with the link will then be able to open the flowchart for viewing only.
As you can see from the sections in the screenshot above, you can choose this read-only sharing in several modes (SVG, PNG, simplified QALITEL logigramme viewer or not).
What is interesting about this sharing mode is that, whatever change you make to your flowchart, as soon as you save your file, you are guaranteed that the change is reflected instantly for all users of the link (see export to Microsoft Office and LibreOffice by clicking here).
This sharing mode is ideal for integration into a document management system such as QALITEL doc (click here for more information), or a page on your website, because this update is dynamic and above all automatic. You will not need to remember to update your website, your Word documents, etc. — it is immediate!
Share a flowchart for real-time collaborative work
Anyone with a ProAd version will then be able to edit your flowchart.
This sharing is ideal for working with several people at the same time on a flowchart, a procedure, etc. All the other people's actions are reflected instantly on all the open canvases. In short, you immediately see what the others are doing on your flowchart.
You can of course combine share links (see screenshot above).
So you can work with several people on the same flowchart via the edit-mode share link, and distribute that same flowchart in read-only mode on a website or a Word document, etc. Any update automatically refreshes the flowchart on your web page, your document management software, your Word, Excel or PowerPoint document, etc.
