Team messaging
Three levels of confidentiality, your choice, conversation by conversation
Not all conversations are equal: a weekly team catch-up and a discussion about a sensitive matter don't call for the same level of protection. For each conversation, you choose:
StandardEveryday team conversation: instant messages, groups, “delivered / read” receipts, live presence.
ConfidentialMessages are encrypted in the database: even access to the server does not allow them to be read in plain text.
Ultra-confidentialEnd-to-end encryption: only the participants can read the messages. Not even the software publisher.
Around these levels, a true team messaging system: attachments, photos and gallery, replies and forwarding, pinning, emoji reactions, history search, smart notifications with unread counter and emails in the recipient's language. And a controlled directory, zero spam: nobody can message you without your consent — invitation by email, name and photo, acceptance required.
The messaging can also be installed as a fully-fledged app (PWA): on the desktop, in the taskbar or on your phone, without going through an app store.

Comment and decide directly on the flowchart
Every shared flowchart carries its own discussion thread: being invited to the share means being invited to the conversation. You debate the process while co-editing it, in the same place — no more screenshots sent by email and decisions scattered everywhere.
Even more precise: comments anchor shape by shape, much like Word's track changes. A 💬 badge flags the discussion on the shape concerned, and topics are marked resolved ✓ as you go. And the file stays clean: your exports and printouts come out with no clean-up needed — comments never pollute the final document.
Every manual save archives the previous version: the revision history keeps the last twenty, with visual highlighted comparison of the differences and one-click restore. Who changed what, and when — with the ability to roll back at any time.
