Cada s\u00edmbolo tem um significado definido \u2014 sem qualquer ambiguidade de interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n          <p>\u00c9 a ferramenta dos organizadores, dos projetos de informatiza\u00e7\u00e3o e das trocas entre organiza\u00e7\u00f5es: um processo BPMN l\u00ea-se da mesma forma em todo o mundo.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n      <p>A verdadeira diferen\u00e7a n\u00e3o \u00e9, portanto, gr\u00e1fica, mas de destino. Um fluxograma fala a todos, imediatamente. Um diagrama BPMN fala com precis\u00e3o, a quem conhece o standard \u2014 e \u00e9 cada vez mais esperado nos concursos, nas abordagens de qualidade estruturadas e nos projetos de automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"lob-section lob-clair\">\n    <div class=\"lob-narrow\">\n      <h2 class=\"lob-h2\">Como decidir, concretamente<\/h2>\n      <p><strong>Escolha o fluxograma<\/strong> quando os seus leitores s\u00e3o as suas equipas: um procedimento de acolhimento, um circuito de valida\u00e7\u00e3o, uma instru\u00e7\u00e3o no posto de trabalho. O objetivo \u00e9 que cada um compreenda em dez segundos; a simplicidade do fluxograma foi feita exatamente para isso.<\/p>\n      <p><strong>Escolha o BPMN<\/strong> quando a precis\u00e3o se torna contratual ou t\u00e9cnica: um processo que atravessa v\u00e1rios servi\u00e7os ou v\u00e1rias empresas, um fluxo destinado a ser automatizado, um dossi\u00ea onde lhe pedem explicitamente BPMN.
