All you have to do is download this Word, Excel or PowerPoint file to your computer.<\/p>\r\n      <p>A live link is created between your Microsoft Office document and your flowchart. So if you edit your flowchart online using QALITEL logigramme (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.logigramme.io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.logigramme.io<\/a>), the next time you open the Microsoft Office document you exported earlier, it will automatically update the flowchart(s) it contains&nbsp;!<\/p>\r\n      <p>You can edit your flowchart from either <a href=\"https:\/\/www.logigramme.io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.logigramme.io<\/a> (All copies of your Word document will be updated)<\/p>\r\n      <p>Or from your exported and downloaded Microsoft Office document: you can open the dynamically embedded flowchart directly in QALITEL logigramme by holding the Ctrl key and left-clicking your mouse (Ctrl + left click).<\/p>\r\n      <p>Since you will have edited the source or reference flowchart, all copies of your Word document will be updated.<\/p>\r\n      <p>In your Microsoft Office document, you can resize this flowchart using the resize handles provided, or via the image properties window. You can personalise the document by saving it under another name. You can select the flowchart, copy it (Ctrl+C) and paste it (Ctrl+V) into any other Microsoft Office or LibreOffice document while keeping this live link.<\/p>\r\n\r\n      <h3 class=\"lgo-h3\">Automatic export<\/h3>\r\n      <p>It could not be simpler: in the export screen, choose the file type you want to export to, and QALITEL logigramme automatically generates the file (Word, Excel, etc.) containing your flowchart.<\/p>\r\n      <p>See the example below with Word. In this case, your Microsoft Office document contains only one flowchart. This keeps the link between your flowchart and the image embedded in the Office application. Any later changes made in QALITEL logigramme will not be reflected. If needed, you will then have to re-insert the image into your Office document.<\/p>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <!-- OUVERTURE DEPUIS WORD -->\r\n  <section class=\"lgo-section lgo-clair\">\r\n    <div class=\"lgo-narrow\">\r\n      <h2 class=\"lgo-h2\">Opening the flowchart from the Word document<\/h2>\r\n      <p>Earlier, we saw how to embed the flowchart in Word. You can then set up a hyperlink on the image so that the user can click and go straight to editing the flowchart in QALITEL logigramme.<\/p>\r\n      <p>For editing access to work, the user must have a ProAd edition of QALITEL logigramme and be logged in; otherwise they will be asked to enter their credentials. For a user without the ProAd edition, or who is not logged in, the flowchart will remain read-only.<\/p>\r\n      <p>The procedure is as follows:<\/p>\r\n\r\n      <div class=\"lgo-step\">\r\n        <div class=\"lgo-step-head\"><span class=\"lgo-step-num\">1<\/span><h3>Copying the \u201cEdit\u201d share link of your flowchart<\/h3><\/div>\r\n        <p>To do this, in QALITEL logigramme, click the \u201cShare\u201d icon to copy the \u201cEdit\u201d share link of your flowchart, as shown in the screenshot below:<\/p>\r\n        <figure class=\"lgo-figure\">\r\n          <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.logigramme.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/QALITEL-logigramme\/QALITEL-logigramme-edition-proad\/Export-Microsoft-Office3-1024x617.webp\" alt=\"Copying the Edit share link\">\r\n        <\/figure>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n\r\n      <div class=\"lgo-step\">\r\n        <div class=\"lgo-step-head\"><span class=\"lgo-step-num\">2<\/span><h3>Creating the hyperlink in Word<\/h3><\/div>\r\n        <p>Then open Word and your document to access your flowchart. As shown in the screenshot below, select the image by clicking once on it, then click the \u201cInsert\u201d tab. Click the \u201cLinks\u201d button to open the hyperlink insertion window.
